Quality isn’t just something we adhere to out of obligation – it’s something we wholeheartedly believe in. That’s why we go to great lengths to ensure our entire business is conducted with integrity. Here’s how this principle comes to life in our everyday operations: 

Both our Winnipeg and St. Albert facilities thrive on developing high-quality products through stringent quality control inspection measures. These facilities are interdependent and cannot exist without one another. Working hand in hand, they create a constant, seamless flow of products to our customers. While Winnipeg produces our first aid products and acts as a cross-docking hub for shipments to Eastern Canada and the United States, St. Albert produces bottles for both facilities, as well as our home & auto care and operates as our cross-docking hub for Western Canada.




At RW Consumer Products, we test, test and test some more. First, all incoming raw materials are tested prior to release for manufacturing. Next, all formulated batches are tested prior to production. Finally, all finished goods are tested prior to release for shipment. We also maintain a documented recall procedure and undertake regular mock recalls to ensure the recall process (in the event it’s required) is operating effectively.

We maintain strict quality operating systems and procedures that are fully documented and supported by written and computerized records, operating to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards. Our manufacturing records ensure complete traceability of our products, including full traceability after shipment to our valued customers.


Our extensive in-house quality control lab – with an in-house microbiology lab – is staffed by some of the brightest minds in the business. All Quality Control staff and Operations managers are required to hold university degrees in the Sciences, as well as have any applicable Quality Control and Consumer Goods-related experience.


All of our materials and products must pass through Quality Control Inspectors before being cleared for shipment to customers. This is to ensure everything that leaves our buildings is safe, effective and meets or exceeds our strict standards. This not only leads to better customer satisfaction, but also eliminates costly re-work and downtime.
